I&M Bank's Fee-Free Bank-to-Mobile Transfers Campaign Overview In 2023, I&M Bank introduced fee-free bank-to-mobile transfers to attract retail New-To-Bank (NTB) customers. The campaign leveraged the economic challenges of the time to position the bank as a trusted and relevant financial partner. Execution The campaign was deployed across digital (Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, GDN), traditional media (billboards, banking halls, radio), and outdoor channels. Messaging focused on cost savings and accessibility during tough times. Results The campaign exceeded all KPIs: 14M+ reach (59% above target) 149M+ impressions (104%) 151K+ engagements (270%) 91K+ link clicks (238%) It drove significant customer acquisition: First Month: 3,779 new customers (+48.4%) Month two: 5,373 new customers (+42%) Impact The campaign won a marketing award and contributed to the bank’s financial results, solidifying I&M Bank’s position as the go-to financial institution for retail customers.See More
