Quickbooks Online Payments

Quickbooks Online is a Financial Management Software (FMS) that enable small business owners to take control of their business financials all in one place. As part of the payments team, the goal is to make it easy for small business owners to get paid and stay organized. The introduction of bank payments addresses many pain points small businesses have today, which our current payment landscape does not solve for. A Digital Music Distribution App

CoOp is a web application used by WMG and ADA Music to empower artists and labels with music distribution. It enables users to upload tracks, manage metadata, and distribute music to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and other digital music stores. Prior to this project, the system was causing significant inefficiencies for teams, including cumbersome workflows, a dated user interface and affected ADA's competitive edge in the fast-evolving music industry. These issues left ADA struggling to keep up with more modern and agile competitors in the music distribution space. My goal was to redesign CoOp to create a more streamlined, intuitive and powerful user experience that would better serve the needs of artists and labels. See More

A Virtual Credit Card App

A Visa Debit Card allows clients who don’t have access to a credit card an alternative way to shop and pay bills online, by enabling their debit account as a bridge to make visa payments. However, the visa debit payment method was only available by issuing a physical card, which had an inconvenient application process and long processing time. My role in this project was to design the end to end virtual visa debit card experience. My role in this project was to design the mobile UX and UI for a delivery app. A lot of the heavy lifting on the visual design and branding aspect was already completed before I was brought into this product with the agency.
