SlalomMar 2022 - Sep 2023 • 1 yr 7 mosSelect client-contribution listed: Product Designer, Healthcare & Retail Company ● Led the development of 20+ journey maps, both current and future state, across multiple channels and departments to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the customer experience. ● Designed 10+ high-fidelity wireframes to reimagine the prescription filling process, resulting in significant improvements to the experience of the client's 8 million customers worldwide. ● Recognized with the Slalom Team Client Impact Award for demonstrating exceptional expertise in providing meaningful interactions, conducting in-depth research, and delivering high-quality, impactful outcomes for the client. Crate and BarrelJun 2020 - Aug 2020 • 3 mos● Worked collaboratively with 10+ stakeholders, ensuring their input was incorporated into project deliverables to meet quality standards and align business goals. ● Conducted tree-jack testing to evaluate the user flow of customers and analyzed user feedback to provide valuable insights that informed decision-making and helped advocate for the needs of Crate & Barrel’s 22 million customers. ● Designed and developed high-fidelity interfaces and mockups for Crate and Barrel's Customer Service page, resulting in 20% reduction in the number of calls to the help center and providing an enhanced customer experience.
