Operations & Systems Built • Built an internal operations portal and admin CRM covering the donor lead pipeline, mentor approvals, and volunteer management: member logins, daily agendas, clock-in/out timekeeping, lead import, export and assignment, and in-app admin activity alerts. • Designed the volunteer outreach operating model: regional outreach dashboards, a three-touch contact cadence, a productivity standard of 30 contacts per 15 hours, consent capture and do-not-contact controls, call and follow-up scripts, and weekly end-of-week reporting. • Created the volunteer talent system: role descriptions, volunteer agreements, career growth paths, an onboarding course with a recorded portal walkthrough and knowledge check, and a performance framework pairing a strike policy with retraining. • Wrote and standardized the Foundation Playbook, roughly 13 policy and operational documents covering conflict of interest, confidentiality, parental commitment, data privacy consent, and child safeguarding (no photography or recording during screening). • Set up the digital infrastructure: website with Stripe one-time and recurring giving, webhook-driven donor records, curated resource databases with automatic deadline expiry and CSV import, and authenticated domain email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with a scripted, review-before-send outreach workflow. • Designing a two-tier AI assistant: a public website version answering from live site content, and internal team and admin versions for staff questions and operational calculations. Funding & Partnerships • Secured founding institutional and corporate funding and manage a multi-funder pipeline of foundation and corporate proposals, including SC Johnson, the Avery Dennison Foundation, the Interledger Foundation, and the Max and Victoria Dreyfus Foundation. • Launched a Google Ad Grant program running three parallel search campaigns (donor acquisition, mentor recruitment, public awareness), each feeding a structured funnel into the CRM, alongside donor-advised fund giving and tiered monthly sponsorship. -- 1 of 2 -- • Developed cross-sector partnership proposals with U.S. and international organizations, including a Girls in STEM pathways program with IEEE Nigeria Section Women in Engineering.
