I am a greeter who does discovery with shoppers to determine what they are shopping for to give them the best shopping experience possible. Working at AEO I have to be well versed with both the mens and womens clothing as well as all the sales going on throughout the store and online. When I am cashing I have to continue the positive customer service as I am the last POC.
