Brand Ambassador

American Eagle OutfittersAs a brand ambassador, I am responsible for several different tasks throughout the store. I am a greeter who does discovery with shoppers to determine what they are shopping for to give them the best shopping experience possible. When I am on the sales floor I make connections with as many shoppers as possible to enhance their visit, offer advice, and assist them with anything they may need. Working at AEO I have to be well versed with both the mens and womens clothing as well as all the sales going on throughout the store and online. When I am cashing I have to continue the positive customer service as I am the last POC. I also have to know how to do returns or exchanges and know what to do if what the customer wants isnt possible.

When I worked shifts later at night I would help management with closing duties and restocking the registers. I also worked as a Family Events worker I would assist with during the events themself along with the setup and the cleanup. Some of the events included cooking classes, paint nights, and breakfast around holiday times.

I live tweeted the games along with creating stories for Instagram and posting final score graphics on media platforms. Basic use of Photoshop and Adobe Premier. Organized and labeled replays and photos. Conducted post game interviews with star players and coaches.
