Hello!
My name is Hailey Eichner and I am a senior at Elon University in Elon, NC. I have a lifelong passion for helping others in any way I can. I have been involved in philanthropic efforts since I was 13, starting when I joined the National Charity League. Today, I am an active volunteer at a local animal shelter and am a member of the Addiction Professionals of North Carolina Leadership Academy. I have been involved in my university’s dance marathon, Elonthon, for all four years of college, assuming leadership positions on the executive board for the past two programming years. I am currently serving as Elonthon’s Vice President of Marketing. In this position, I am responsible for creating and posting all social media content, including making graphics and merchandise. It is very meaningful that I am able to combine my love of learning, my natural communications and marketing skills, and my passion for helping others through my Elonthon role.
Additionally, I am working for my third year as a Disabilities Resources Mentor through Elon University’s Disabilities Resources Department. In this position, I work one on one with an Elon student who has academid accommodations through Disabilities Resources to develop effective study, organization, homework, project, and test-taking skills.
I am creative, open-minded, organized, detail-oriented, passionate, self-sufficient, and am always looking to learn outside of the classroom! I am proficient in Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, Canva, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy painting, running, writing, reading, and spending time with animals!
