Course Sample: Unconscious Bias

This course was created (using Articulate Rise) for a HR & DEI-solution company that wanted an engaging, interactive self-paced training created on unconscious bias (specifically, how it can appear in the workplace). The company provided me with a short slide deck from when the training was conducted in-person, and they requested that I complete the following tasks: 1) Create a detailed outline of the course content, including all content from the provided slide deck, as well as additional content that needed to be researched independently. 2) Create a self-paced training course using Articulate's Rise 360 that includes: restricted navigation so learners are required to complete all content (in order) before moving on in the course, interactive elements to engage the learners, knowledge checks, and a final assessment that requires learners to score an 80% to receive completion credit for the course. Once my client approved the course, I exported it according to their LMS (learning management system) requirements, and shared all necessary project files with them.See More
