Special Projects: Sensorless Indoor Positioning System

Together with University of Padova I have developed an indoor positioning system for emergency services. It allows the fireman or rescue team to scan a map of the building (all buildings have fire escape maps) and using that map we could overlay in real time the positions of the rescue personnel in the unknown buildings.See More

Bell Labs - Environmental Data market study

I've built a comprehensive report for a large operator for new market entry. The report had an overall market report, current trends, competitor analysis, technical feasibility study, and business model analysis. The final part of the report contained a detailed market penetration strategy (3 basic scenarios) with a detailed roadmap. Based on this report, Bell Labs created a blueprint for market analysis per country and allowed multiple infrastructure operators to create new revenue streams.See More
