I had to choose an operational problem I had personally encountered or witnessed for my management logistics course. In 2020, I worked in a distribution facility where I became aware of the quality of packages. I paid particular attention to the Vegamour GRO hair serum's package. I spoke orally to my students about the problem I encounter with this product, the reasons why they occur, and the remedies that Vegamour may use to enhance the quality of their packaging and the safety of their products.
