Product Marketing Manager

AlloyJun 2022 - Nov 2022 • 6 mos• Scoped and built Alloy’s ROI/Business case program. Trained all GTM market teams on how to leverage the tool, resulting in a 50% increase in close rates when used. Concurrently, I partnered with the Data team to improve Alloy’s data maturity to enable ongoing improvements to the ROI model. • Developed Alloy’s Account Based Marketing approach. Mapped content and preferred channel to each persona and deal stage, significantly increasing enterprise prospect engagements. • Led Alloy’s Codeless SDK Launch- Coordinated Webinar, blogs, email, and strategy for the launch. Currently pacing for a 200% increase in usage by EOY.

GTM Strategist (Business Value Lead) Dec 2021 - Jun 2022 • 7 mos• Created a comprehensive Industry Benchmarks and Insights Report, which provided a company-wide source of truth for industry standards. These insights became the foundational building block for verticalizing Fast’s GTM Strategy. • Led the Data Maturity Initiative to better gather and understand the impact of Fast on key customer metrics. Subsequently authored data-driven narratives on the efficacy of Fast. This data also served as the basis for the Fast ROI calculators and other assets. • Aggregated historical product impact data to build an ROI Calculator and presentation, which became the standard tool for value selling Strategic (+$1B) and Enterprise (+$500M) Merchants. The ROI Calculator was directly responsible for increasing overall Fast closed deal velocity. • Designed and implemented an automated system to aggregate product feedback from field teams (Sales, Partnerships, AM). Feedback was weighed by customer GMV, deal stage, and request urgency. This data was used to prioritize our product roadmap, understand feature TAM, and forecast delivery dates. • Defined the value proposition and ideal customer profile for our API Product (ex. Fast for e-mail, SMS, etc), leading to better audience segmentation and targeting. • Authored thought leadership articles, customer-facing product one-pagers (by platforms and use case), and feature-based landing pages to bolster early funnel growth and SEO • Trained AM, Sales, and Partnerships on new collateral launches, market messaging, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
