This effort underscored the value of emerging marketplaces, marking a significant step in challenging Amazon’s retail media dominance and showing how multi-platform retail media can drive both brand growth and tangible in-store results. In this initiative, I managed key partnerships, developed the marketing strategy, launched targeted campaigns, and provided performance insights, which resulted in a 4% boost in direct-to-consumer purchases on Honest.com despite a 40% ad spend reduction. On Target's platform, we achieved a 190% increase in online sales and a 140% ROAS, outperforming previous benchmarks and showcasing the impact of data-driven, agile strategies.
