Tudemy is focused on providing affordable online tutoring services to high school students in South Africa. We prioritize our enrolled students' success and offer sustainable value to their academic journeys. My major duties and responsibilities in my company, is on a more general level. I manage the company as a whole, together with my amazing operational team memebers, prepare strategic plans for our marketing and branding plans, manage the company's success and development, overseeing accurate financial bookkeeping as well as the academical department of the company.

Joshua's SMMAMar 2021 - Apr 2022 • 1 yr 2 mosI founded a Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) in 2021, where I helped multiple small businesses as a sole proprietor myself, to attain success with their ventures and scale their businesses to later becoming well established companies - which still operates to this day. I had done a few courses on Social Media/Digital Marketing as well as Business Management and Entrepreneurship the year before (2020), and decided to start my own practice. I made the difficult decision to stop with operations early in 2022, when I realized that I did not really enjoy the demanding responsibilities of managing other companies Marketing Departments. I came to the realization that I was more comfortable with integrating my marketing and branding skills when helping entrepreneurs plan their businesses and creating the foundations for their marketing strategies, rather than managing the functions myself. I am much more suitable with managing a company's general functions (i.e. taking up BOD duties) than I was specializing in one department.
