Created Feature Roadmaps, necessary documents, daily sprints, UI sketches, release schedules. Worked cross-functionally with dev, marketing, sales and customers to incorporate strategic elements into roadmap. Implemented and created infrastructure with Stripe for creators to be able to offer Subscription services. Managed a team of 23 which included developers, designers and QA (DevTracks). Negotiated contractual partnerships with top 3 publishing companies to become an official reseller of their books as well as utilize their eBooks for our annotation and collaboration technology. (Random Penguin House, McMillan, Harper Collins) (140,000 eBooks).
