Conducted competitive analysis to help clients envision what features they wanted for the group chat. Delivered wireframes to the developer for the group chat with four major innovative features.

Employed Google Design Sprint methodology, following the Sketch, Decide, Prototype, and Test phases to refine and perfect the mobile app's user experience. Synthesized research from SAVR, identified pain points in the user web experience, mapped out user flows, sketched a storyboard, created a rapid prototype, conducted usability testing to validate solution, and reiterated.

Conducted user interviews, secondary research, and competitive analysis to focus the project on the needs of the users and align with industry standards. Synthesized findings through affinity maps and user personas, guiding design decisions with user-centric insights. Completed several rounds of user testing using paper prototypes and low fidelity prototypes as well as several iterations before submitting the final high fidelity prototype.
