Extracted, transformed, and integrated data from a third-party vendor (Core Logic) to construct the dashboard. Programmed over 30 custom metrics using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to filter and aggregate data to create meaningful insights. GRS Property Monthly Report Collaborated with a senior analyst to take the property monthly Power Bi report to internal completion. In the process, cleaned data, built out views, and created custom metrics and columns (using DAX), and presented results to stakeholders of various seniority and technical expertise.
