Project to create a holistic concept, develop it, and deploy it that addressed the B2C customer lifecycle and how the largest geographic region at a large player in the mobile industry could coordinate and leverage activities across the B2C customer lifecycle. This was early work in the area of the B2C customer journey - before it was the "customer journey." A key tenet was understanding how different parts of the organization must contribute at different B2C customer lifecycle phases. No one function or area was left to chance. Developed an assessment facilitated by a small task force across regions in a large player in the mobile industry. The assessment then pointed to or indicated areas for development and possible action. The team then reviewed the results with the regional care teams, respectively, and then agreed on actions that were incorporated into existing action plans. Also, an effort was made to identify potential globally impacting actions that would then be addressed by the Global Care team.See More

Market roll-out approach

Developed and deployed a bespoke market-rollout approach for a Mobility as a Service aggregator. It highlighted key facets of early go-to-market and pre-go-to-market. The approach served as a key input to the overall approach that the company eventually adopted for market expansion and in-market development projects.See More
