Nationwide Kiosk Setup (Samsung / Walmart)

I was contacted by a large client whom I had done work for in the past on another very large statewide project in Florida. They really enjoyed working with me and asked me if I could be a Project Manager on a Nationwide project and supply technicians to help them out with setting up Samsung kiosks at Walmart stores. I was delighted to help. The project lasted about 6 months and I was responsible for recruiting service techs, procurement, logistics, dispatch, payroll, project management, client communications and store communications for my sites that I was assigned. I had about 50 sites to manage nationwide throughout various different states in some very remote areas. This was very successful until the project came to a close when all the sites were complete. Statewide Project - Bank Upgrades (SunTrust Bank)

I was contacted by one of my large clients whom I have done work with off and on for nearly 20 years. They have really enjoyed working with me and they reached out to me and asked me if I could be a Project Lead in a statewide project where they were upgrading SunTrust bank branches all over the state of Florida. They contacted me with a list of sites and I got to choose the sites for which I wanted to work on. They supplied the techs for my team and I was responsible for training them with the documentation provided by my clients per SunTrust policies. My job as Project Lead was to handle the logistics (receipt of all equipment into a secure storage unit), dispatching my team to the appropriate site, ensuring my team operated smoothly and assisted with any issues, managed communication between my team and my client and their client, SunTrust. I was also responsible to ensure that all old equipment made it back to the storage unit and that new and old equipment was not mixed up. I had the best team that anyone could ask for, we became one of the quickest teams throughout the state and we were knocking out branches one right after another. My team was responsible for the branches in the Greater Tampa area from Spring Hill, FL down into Fort Myers, FL area. My client called me up one day and said that their Palm Beach team quit and they asked if we could go to the other coast of Florida and assist with doing the entire Palm Beach coast from Cocoa Beach to Boca Raton, FL. We stayed there for a week or two and knocked out all of those branches too.
