he reimagined VMware Careers Site launched on February 6, 2023, as part of the Candidate Experience initiative within Talent Acquisition. The new and improved site boasts an accessible-first design, 55 new content pages, improved site navigation, and English, Japanese, and Chinese versions. Highlights of the refreshed site include a more inclusive design, information on how VMware’s latest products and solutions are enabling businesses to be digitally smart, interview tips for job seekers, VMware team overviews, and an update on the company’s VMware 2030 agenda — a decade long commitment to building a more sustainable, equitable and secure world.
