My creative skills was put to use as I crafted engaging and personalized email content, including product promotions, newsletters, and event announcements. Using my expertise in marketing automation, I segmented our customer database to ensure targeted and relevant communications. My HTML and CSS skills was also utilized to design visually appealing email templates that were consistent with the brand and optimized for mobile devices. To optimize campaign performance, il I implemented A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve subject lines, email layouts, and calls-to-action. Monitoring email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, as part of my responsibilities, allowing me to provide valuable insights and reports on campaign effectiveness.
