=== Project goal Client had a web app that lets end-users upload information about their real estate in order to be listed in the MLS. Issues: - End-users took a long time to fill in all the data - Brokers took a long time to take the data and upload it into the MLS - Forms needed to be automatically generated based on changes that come from different MLSs - Slow application Task: Create a scalable system that incorporates the fixes to the specified issues and implement them into a modern web SaaS app. === Solution Issue: End-users took a long time to fill in all the data Solution: Integrate MLS and public data alongside OpenAI API in order to get old information about the properties and pre-fill the dynamic fields Issue: Brokers took a long time to take the data and upload it into the MLS Solution: Developed a UI/UX solution that enables brokers to easily upload information into the MLSs, with possibility to expand into a service that auto uploads. Issue: Forms needed to be automatically generated based on changes that come from different MLSs Solution: Created service that auto generates the fields for each combination of property type, county, and state, with a system that let's the super admin manage the fields.
