The tool was developed to track passenger attendance on excursions, monitor profitability, and streamline data entry. The project aimed to create a seamless, user-centered digital journey that reflects Nubea's identity as a modern, customer-first airline. I was responsible for the full UX/UI process, including user flow mapping, interface design in Figma, and creating a cohesive design system.
