Digital marketing campaign for the brand Crate&Barrel focused on targeting young adults moving within big cities. Our campaign was titled UrbanVoyager and included end-to-end optimization of the marketing funnel, beginning with the target market and product line research. We established goals and KPIs that drove our digital activations. The activations included blogs with SEO keywords and backlinks, organic social media posts, and influencer engagement strategies. Tesla - Strategic Marketing Plan

In this case study, I analyzed the industry structure, target market, distribution channels, and pricing strategies of Tesla. Based on this market research I was able to identify the key issues needing to be addressed by the organization and develop strategic alternatives. Marketing issues that I identified included Pricing & Revenue, Dependence on Elon Musk, Promotional Strategy and Struggles to Scale Production Efficiently. After evaluation, I generated three strategic alternatives: 1. Introduction of a cost-efficient, easier-to-manufacture product, 2. Form a strategic alliance with a potential competitor (Apple, Sony, or NIO), 3. Switch to Chinese-made batteries (LFP). Based on the short and long-term analysis of each strategic alternative, I chose a final recommendation introducing a cost-efficient product- an electric motorcycle.See More
