Problem: Company was growing at an accelerated pace, and needed a more structured approach to achieve Net Revenue Retention targets, and continue building the team. Problem: Queue was a new area of the store, and had limited space to display merchandise. Return on Space needed to be maximized Actions: Conducted competitive and customer analysis through store visits, customer surveys and customer interviews. Run heavy analytics on internal data to understand Return on Space of each category, top sellers, worst sellers. Optimized back of house operations, and visual merchandising to ensure an always full queue. Developed a holistic strategy for queue Results: Queue comp sales surpassed those of the company. Merchandising playbook - Data analytics

Problem: Buyers were overwhelmed by internal and external data available, and not able to draw actionable insights Actions: Designed quarterly “data packs” that provided actionable insights for buyers to make decisions on merchandising (e.g. types of products, brands, price points, inventory levels, store allocation). Data packs were composed of dashboards that easily told a story. These were automated in excel, and drew data from internal and external sources. Results: Buyers heavily relied on Data Packs to make data-driven decisions, which led to significant lifts in sales.
