Designed a responsive website for Warewood Shoes as a freelance project. The website will enable customers to place orders directly without the need to chat with the business, thus simplifying the shopping and payment process. The responsive design ensured that the website is accessible and functional across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. This helped increase the online presence of the brand and attract new customers who prefer the convenience of online shopping.See More

Redefining the Toronto Public Library Experience

Designed a native mobile application that integrates all of the library services in one place, making it easier for users to find and access what they need. This app will allow users to search the inventory, set reminders, view their account history, and more, all in a user-friendly and intuitive way. A innovative approach to sizing for H&M Customers

Designed a sizing tool that takes into account each customer's unique body measurements and fit preferences will enable H&M shoppers to choose the correct size when shopping online. The tool will provide tailored guidance, making it easier for customers to make informed purchasing decisions and reducing the likelihood of costly returns due to sizing issues. Warewood shoemakersInnovated UX design techniques by transforming complex challenges faced by Warewood into intuitive and accessible designs through a mobile & web-friendly retail e-commerce platform. Created UX flows, 12+ high-fidelity mobile/desktop screens and UI components to inform the design system. Developed 2 creative prototypes to evaluate the user experience on the website, engaging 4+ users in moderated sessions yielding 20+ product iterations. Conducted user testing with 6+ participants to drive experience optimization & improved users’ task completion rate by 25%. Built competitive analysis, user flows, information architecture and user testing sessions to present results with recommendations to stakeholders. Formulated & organized reviews with front-end developers/marketing teams to guarantee 80% accuracy in implementing the designs, resulting in an enhanced product experience.

Collaborated with cross-functional team to generate initial designs, implementing 75+ solutions in 5 days and reducing user time by 20%.
