Swogo- Assess and answer technical support requests by email from 100+ Swogo Customers (average of 150 tickets per month). - Escalation of more complex requests to the Engineering Team (Jira Software). - Proficiency in the Swogo system for bundle configurations based on data analysis and product research. - Optimisation of automated bundle recommendations based on sales data and product knowledge. - Product quality assurance. - Work and coordinate with Swogo's departments to maximise customers’ benefit. - Advance use of Jira Software, Freshdesk, Confluence, S3, Grafana and Visual Studio Code. - Product Feed analysis (CSV and XML). - Update Swogo's knowledge base and internal documentation.
