Project Overview: Calmly is a mobile app designed to provide busy parents with a "mini-escape" during stressful or tense moments. Recognizing the unique challenges that modern parenting can bring, the Calmly app was conceived as a tool to help parents find quick, restorative moments of calm and mindfulness amidst the chaos. ---- My Role: As the lead on this project, I was responsible for the end-to-end user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, as well as developing the overall brand concept and identity. This involved: -> Branding & Concept Development Crafting the Calmly brand identity, including the name, logo, color palette, and overall aesthetic. Developing the core app concept, features, and content strategy to address the specific challenges of modern parenting. Creating a compelling brand narrative and messaging to communicate the app's value proposition. -> UX/UI Design Conducting user research to understand the pain points and needs of the target parent demographic. Mapping out intuitive user flows and interactions to deliver a seamless, calming experience. Designing an visually appealing, minimalist UI that promotes focus and relaxation. See More
