Thus, IT and event manager are perfect fit. As an IT professional I bear the responsibility of finding new solutions to complex problems. Similarly, as an Event Manager, my clients expect new exciting experiences. To meet this obligation I need to be creative and innovative. Thus, my profession challenges me to keep on learning new things and that is why I immerse myself in dispensing my responsibilities.
Generally, I am motivated by the opportunity to innovate and create something new. Solving complex technical problems is always rewarding. The opportunity to tackle difficult problems and find practical solutions is always motivating. It always pushed me to keep researching and learning new things.
