I led the redesign of the credit card account summary for the USAA Mobile app, enhancing the user experience for millions of members. Led the development and design of the AvidXchange Music Factory website, creating a dynamic and user-friendly platform for music enthusiasts. This project presented a unique challenge as it required integrating artist data from Ticketmaster and event data from LiveNation APIs. Jiffy Lube consists of franchises across the US. We were approached by the Jiffy Lube owners based in the Carolinas with over 20 locations. This franchise had one the most underperforming marketing ROIs across the US with a cost per visit of over $20 in 2019. By 2021 we accomplished a cost per visit of $10.86, which raised the franchise to one of the best performing in the nation.See More

At New Horizons, I spearheaded the creation of the brand identity for Apollo, a startup focused on higher education recruitment services. My role encompassed the comprehensive development of their visual identity, including designing the logo and selecting the color palette. Additionally, I designed business cards, 8ft banners, and marketing pamphlets, ensuring a cohesive and professional image across all materials. Each element was crafted to reflect Apollo's mission of connecting students with higher education opportunities.
