Conversation - Objective checking
• Worked on improving the Conversation-Objective checking using Deberta models via HuggingFace. • The Conversation-Objective checking was an NLP (Machine Learning over text) based problem where the goal was to detect whether the user, learning social skills via different scenarios, navigated through the conversation correctly and fulfilled objectives such as being polite, raising the XYZ question, bringing up the topic of ABC, etc. • For the solution to this problem, used multiple Deberta models like v2XXL, v3L, v2XL, etc., made by Microsoft. Fine-tuned them over multiple datasets, and after testing them over handcrafted datasets from user data, tested on different metrics to figure out what worked best for our purpose. • Worked on improving the Conversation-Objective checking using Deberta models via HuggingFace trained on PyTorch with Python. • Made Machine Learning with multiple datasets for the company using real-world data from the users. • Fine-tuned multiple Deberta models to improve the system's performance and give users correct results. Improved the existing system's accuracy by around 10% through the finetuning of Zero-shot models. The initial timeline was 6 months but was able to finish the work in around 5 months.See MoreWork History
