I had to make sure during route setting I was using ladders safely according to OSHA guidelines, and I made sure to guide others in safe practices throughout the gym. Occasionally I will help step in if needed for our Senior, Junior, or Competition team in our Youth Program if needed. Mainly I route set for bouldering but I can step in to set up top rope routes when needed. I would help increase engagement during our social media posts for extra marketing efforts.L
