Leading with Vulnerability: Redefining Leadership Norms

As the Digital Content Coordinator at the Aspen Institute, I had the opportunity to support the 2024 Resnick Aspen Action Forum, a four-day event in Aspen, CO. Focused on the theme "Only light can do that," inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., this event brought together diverse leaders to discuss leadership, love, hope, resilience, and courage during challenging times. This blog and the accompanying social post is one of the several standout editorial and social content pieces I crafted during the event capturing the enlightening perspectives of diverse cross-sector leaders on embracing vulnerability and authenticity over perfection as a key to showcase true leadership credibility.
