ServiceNow Transition

I had the responsibility in supporting a transition from Remedy to ServiceNow. My previous organization was in need of a better ticketing system than what they possessed. They were utilizing Remedy and wanted to migrate over to ServiceNow. I started off by analyzing the capabilities of their current software and which properties they wanted to incorporate into their new system. From there I analyzed to ensure this transition would be feasible accounting all the cost and time required to successfully transition. Research was conducted to determine the best route to take which met both time and budget, and gathered data on how many individuals this software would support. After 3 months of continuous review and analysis, I had enough information for the technical team to begin designing and presenting demos of the new ServiceNow software. User stories were created to also support the project throughout the UAT stages to build the most efficient software.
