Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Booking Flow

Launching the mobile app for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW) saw increased revenue primarily because of the optimized purchase flow (Quick Buy). The mobile app converted significantly better (177% increase) than HPWW’s existing website. Using the lessons from the mobile app, we aimed to replicate this success by building a mobile-first and user-friendly web experience to buy tickets.See More

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Mobile App 2.0

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW), a 6-week Winter Festival in London, is one of the highest-grossing events in the Endeavor portfolio. Our team believed there was a huge revenue opportunity if we could make buying tickets online easier for customers. Working alongside the Lead Product Designer, we developed a seamless experience for users to quickly buy tickets and navigate around the park with the mobile app.See More

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Research Study

Empathy is critical to effective design. While designing the mobile app most of the team had never been to Winter Wonderland so I organized a trip for 3 team members to attend the event. Our goals were to better understand the event, empathize with the problems our customers faced, and gather feedback on the mobile app.See More

Product Designer

EndeavorFull-time EmployeeJan 2022 - Mar 2024 • 2 yrs 3 mosAfter several UX roles, I moved back into Design. Our team's goal was to build digital products for company-owned events that would generate revenue and improve the experience for customers attending the events. In this role, I utilized my experience as a UX Researcher to lead brainstorming sessions, moderate retrospectives, conduct ethnographic research at events, interview users, and report my findings. I also created style guides, component libraries, wireframes, and hi-fi mocks. I consistently shared designs with Product Managers and Developers to ensure my UX met requirements. I would also present my work at Design Reviews to fellow Designers for feedback. I helped design mobile apps for Hype Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW) and Barrett-Jackson (BJAC). I created interactive maps for the HPWW and BJAC mobile apps. I attended HPWW to empathize with our customers' biggest pain points and reported my findings to internal stakeholders. I redesigned the digital experience for buying tickets to HPWW for an internal test. I also designed an MVP for an internal commerce platform to be used for priority events with the 2024 Paris Olympics as the initial use case. Team chemistry is huge to me, so I always embrace new members so they feel supported, heard, and welcomed. I volunteered my spare time with several colleagues to plan monthly hybrid/in-person events to boost morale. With a large remote team, these events were critical to helping us get to know each other. We hosted team dinners, terrarium garden workshops, wine tastings, game nights, and more. I also took photos of these events and shared them with the team to encourage more people to join.

UX Researcher

EndeavorFull-time EmployeeMay 2021 - Jan 2022 • 9 mosI began this role by shadowing a Lead UX Researcher for several months and assisted with studies where needed. Some of my duties included recruiting test participants, setting up tests on UserTesting, taking notes during interviews, and summarizing insights for research reports. I then went solo and tackled research projects for several internal products. As a UX Researcher, I created Research Plans, Discussion Guides, User Personas, and Insight Decks. I recruited test participants on my own and with UserTesting. I interviewed users, led debriefs, led brainstorming sessions, analyzed findings, delivered high-level takeaways, and presented findings to stakeholders.

Product Manager/Product Designer

EndeavorFull-time EmployeeMay 2020 - May 2021 • 1 yr 1 moWith no experience in UX, I served as the Product + Design + User Research Lead for an online book club management platform called Shelf. I interviewed 20+ book club members and authors to investigate the competitive landscape for online book clubs. After successfully pitching the concept to internal stakeholders, I obtained funding to onboard Developers, Program Managers, and several colleagues internally from Strategy, Marketing, and Design. I wrote Quarterly Roadmaps, Product Requirement Documents, and User Stories. I managed internal stakeholders and worked with 2 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the WME Literary department. From a design perspective, I branded Shelf and built a style guide, component library, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and prototypes using Sketch and InVision. My designs were regularly shared with Developers for feedback. While in this role I also helped recruit/onboard Product Managers, a UX Researcher, and a Head of Design for the team. This role ended when I helped onboard a new Product Manager to the project.
