Raised $1.3m Pre-Seed round in late-2021. Managed a dynamic team of 16 full-time employees, interns, and part-time contractors across Engineering, Product, Sales and Design. Facilitated our hiring pipeline for full-time and part-time candidates across Engineering, Design, and Product positions. Designed and maintained the Product-Lifecycle and SDLC for the team. Conducted user interviews and sales calls. Operated as POC for our Advisory board, Legal, Accounting, and Payroll / HR services. Architected a Microservice infrastructure to separate core API, Search, Slack bot, Discord bot, and Data writing functionality respectively using AWS and Terraform. Measured user growth and activity across our applications using Mixpanel. Established log monitoring, failure alerts, and SLO confirmation using Elastic Cloud, Grafana, and Prometheus. Built user-facing applications using Typescript and React.
