My focus at Savings is the creation of new features and optimizing the existing experience. Some highlights include: Led the design of three new features based on comprehensive user research and data analysis. This resulted in a 20% increase in retention as well as higher NPS scores and other metrics. Ensured the smooth handover of designs to engineers and oversaw the implementation to maintain the desired UX on iOS and Android. Performed a deep audit and user research to identify the main detractors for our users. By analyzing over 500 customer reviews, conducting 22 user interviews, and performing usability testing, I found opportunities for improvement, which enabled the team to invest time in updates, ultimately resulting in improved NPS scores and a 20% reduction in customer support contacts. Collaborated with the expansion team and engineers to scale Savings products to six new countries. I created designs that are delightful and familiar for local users, reduced development effort by creating consistent journeys across markets, and ensured compliance with local laws without sacrificing UX. With the Insurance department, I designed a back-office tool from scratch that enabled support agents to perform required actions 40% faster.
