In this role I increased brand awareness, generated new leads, and acquired new customers while improving the end to end customer experience across the product and conducting user and customer research to define the core product strategy and roadmap. As part of my role I oversaw the implementation of a new CRM (product owner), created and executed multi-channel campaigns targeting schools, and managed the outbound sales team. Additionally, I developed an inbound lead generation strategy through the generation of and sharing of informative written and video content. Implemented a user experience research and customer feedback program to gather insights and data and developed product strategy and roadmap recommendations and improvements. Launched a new B2C product for direct parent content ordering internationally in the UK.
