Empowering Education in Pocket

As a Product Designer for the Coding Ninjas project, I took the lead in optimizing the mobile web classroom experience, driving the design process from initial user research to final implementation. I spearheaded the creation of an outcome-based strategy that involved conducting user interviews and analyzing session recordings to deeply understand user pain points. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, software engineers, and QA personnel—I facilitated discussions that ensured our design decisions aligned with both user needs and organizational goals. By fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging open communication, I helped the team iterate on designs effectively, resulting in a significant increase in mobile users from 3% to 10% and extending average user engagement from 45 minutes to 2 hours and 38 minutes.
