Goal: Healthread sought to expand its user base and increase brand awareness to drive app downloads and sign-ups. Specifically, the client aimed to leverage Reddit as a platform to grow its community and convert users into active app participants. My Responsibilities: As Healthread's Outbound Community growth and management team, our responsibilities included developing strategies to grow the Reddit community and facilitate app conversions. Approach: 1. Community Engagement on Reddit: I developed a strategy to engage with relevant subreddits and communities where individuals might seek support for their health conditions. By participating in discussions, sharing valuable insights, and providing information about Healthread, we aimed to raise awareness and attract potential users to the app. 2. Content Creation and Distribution: I created compelling content tailored to Reddit's audience, addressing common health concerns and highlighting the benefits of joining Healthread. This content was shared strategically across relevant subreddits to generate interest and drive traffic to the app. 3. Conversion Optimization: I implemented techniques to optimize the conversion process for Reddit users transitioning to the Healthread app. This involved creating clear calls-to-action (CTAs), directing users to dedicated landing pages, and offering incentives or exclusive content to encourage app downloads and sign-ups. 4.
