I'm Sam Aguilar, originally from San Diego, CA 🏄‍♂️ and have been helping clients and teams with Product Design & Project Management related work for the past 6 years. I'm currently the Chief Design Officer @ MJ Ventures, a development studio that's helped startups, non-profits, and political campaigns create bespoke software and gen-ai solutions. I'm a multi-disciplinary Product Designer with a formal background in Cognitive Science. I enjoy taking on new challenges, and have helped teams deploy projects for both mobile, and desktop experiences. Path AI needed a Generative AI focused development team that operated with lean best-practices and in an agile methodology. The Problem: GROUND Media is a digital first Strategic Storytelling Studio that combines science and creativity to unlock the power of video storytelling. They wanted a system to analyze complex story telling data and a way to show clients the results of their research. The Solution: MJ Ventures built StoryHEAT, a proprietary ranking algorithm to inform which stories perform the best prior to production and a dashboard for users to analyze key insights.
