Filmed and edited content for instagram including seasonal drinks, new products, and upcoming events. Revamped the customer book ordering system by taking it from paper to an online database that increased efficiency and success. Managed communication before, during and after book ordering, ensuring timeliness for order completion. Planned and executed monthly community events to boost sales and community engagement.
