I am Sasha, and I previously spent 2 years at ChaosSearch, a Series B observability startup, in roles across operations and sales. The projects I worked on included creating new messaging in support of a major shift in market positioning, conducting pipeline analyses for QBRs, and sourcing and implementing new tech products for sales and marketing. Prior to my operations roles, I was an outbound SDR creating initial points of contact and meetings with potential enterprise customers. I graduated from Northeastern in 2021 with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. While at Northeastern, I was involved in the startup community as a Venture Analyst at IDEA, Northeastern’s student-run accelerator, and an Ignite Fellow with Glasswing Ventures

Optimization of Martech Stack

While in my prior role, I led a project to optimize the sales and marketing tech stack. At the time, the Sales Engagement Platform was not unified, with different tools and capabilities depending on the channel used (email / call / social). As an SDR, I had experienced these challenges first hand, and evaluated multiple proposals for a unified tech stack. Ultimately, Salesloft was selected due to best fit with criteria. I led implementation, migration to, and lent post release support for Salesloft. Within 60 days of implementation, team productivity KPI's were at their highest, with efficiency gains across almost all day-to-day functions for Salespersons. I additionally provided improved analytics, and created dashboards for management to have better insight into day-to-day and quarterly changes in Sales velocity.See More
