Manage purchase orders for raw materials, assembly components, sub-contractors and facility service contracts of all production and warehouse facilities in Canada and the United States. Enhanced department productivity by implementing a supplier management platform, reducing procurement cycle time, leveraging data analytics tools, and aligning with strategic sourcing objectives. Integrated a risk management framework to enhance supplier contract protection, reducing exposure to supply chain disruptions. Negotiate with key suppliers to achieve price reductions, lead-time reductions, and blanket purchase order agreements.
