As a co-founding engineer and integral member of a lean team of three, I spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking scientific publishing platform. Through regular product discovery sessions with publishers and researchers, we successfully led multiple strategic initiatives, driving the project from conception to scaling. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in team expansion to 13 members and served as a liaison between the project and broader efforts aimed at transforming scientific article publishing.
