In this case study, I analyze accessibility challenges at Colonist.io, an online board game platform, and propose user-centered solutions to enhance the experience for visually impaired and mobility-restricted players. Beyond internal workflow improvements, I developed educational video content to replace lengthy paper instructions, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient communication while saving staff 5-10 minutes per patient.
