ZSMar 2017 - Feb 2019 • 2 yrsWork closely with the Manager to plan, allocate, and optimize budgets across social channels and campaigns to maximize yield on investment. Execute B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter and Google AdWords. For paid LinkedIn ads, I delivered a CTR of more than 1% consistently between June 2017 Feb 2019 which beat the industry standard of 0.35%-0.45% at that time. Delivered customer-centric user experience across multiple landing pages on the corporate website based on data and competitor research. For example, I introduced a landing page framework which was based on the hub and spoke model. This led to an increase of nearly 7% in our blog page visits and nearly 5% in time spent on pages. Developed a quarterly performance review and suggestions guidelines deck for the senior leaders contributing to the industry blog. This enabled them to see first-hand the response and impact of their content and helped the team gain stronger commitment from their end. This also became a talking point with the clients for them and was a big win in client relationships.
