Work History

Owner - Graphic Designer

Freshly Cut DesignFeb 2010 - Present • 14 yrs 8 mos- Conceptualized, revamped, and digitally created logos, t-shirt designs, company presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and flyers for small businesses, authors, and independent business owners. - Designed a 200-page Request for Proposal for Elephant Productions to the Texas Lottery Commission. This design helped Elephant Productions win the bid to film and produce Texas Lottery drawings. - Established a successful Etsy store in 2010 that focuses on custom invitations, greeting cards, and other matching party printables and now has over 2750 sales. - Responsible for scouting and earning the trust of all new clients. Kept clear lines of communication open throughout the entire design process. Created sketches, digital drafts, final illustrations, and/or print design pieces in the agreed-upon time frame and the clients budget. - Maintained and accounted for all business expenses using Intuit Quickbooks. - Austin area clients include Owner-Insite, Elephant Productions, Austin Opera, Maura Thomas (maurathomas.com), Kuk Sool Won of Oak Hill, University of Texas, and non-profit work from 2019-present for Austin Imagination Foundation (Diagon Alley ATX).

Chica-d / UG ApparelJan 2022 - Apr 2022 • 4 mos- Worked with a team of graphic designers to produce templated graphics for apparel using Adobe Illustrator. Followed specific instructions for sizing, color, typography, and placements. - Used Adobe Photoshop to change garment colors and add graphics as requested by nationwide retailers. - Operated under deadlines and completed work with strong attention to detail while prioritizing multiple tasks
