Responsible for shifting the product from a college freelance platform to a professional talent marketplace which has resulted in increased user spending of 76% as of Q3. • Overhauled the talent profile pages and introduced a profile completion progress widget, which resulted in a 50% increase in profile completion rate on sign-up. • Redesigned and built the latest landing page on Webflow, resulting in a 20% increase in conversion rate compared to the previous landing page.P
