Lead For AmericaI was selected as one of 35 Lead For America "National Hometown Fellows," a program which places young professionals into public service roles in their hometowns. In addition to participating in regular workshops and trainings through Lead For America, I am currently serving as the DEI and Community Planning Coordinator for Kitsap County. In this role, I am researching and leading the implementation of a new DEI program for the County workforce and regularly author reports on DEI issues in Washington State.
