This included co-creating a product roadmap with the founders of the company, establishing objective goals and key results which included signup conversions, user engagement and other key metrics. In addition to managing a team of designers, I collaborated closely with a team of engineers to design features that were technically feasible and consistent with the brands style guide.

By combining my expertise in User Interface and User Experience, I was able to create successful solutions for both mobile and desktop platforms, leading to the successful completion and delivery of nine projects. One year after being accepted, the Toptal core team presented me with the opportunity to become a design screener. The purpose of this position was to evaluate designers from all over the world, while establishing the criteria that would only allow the most qualified applicants to be accepted.
