Hi, I’m a senior at CCA, currently pursuing a BFA in Human Computer Interaction Design in San Francisco, CA. As a user experience designer, I create thoughtful solutions to everyday challenges, driven by a deep passion for strategic thinking, system design, and the art of visual storytelling. Too Good to Go, but Better

TGTG Delivery Project for San Francisco Pain Point: San Francisco's existing pickup model for Too Good To Go surprise bags is inconvenient for many users due to the city's unique infrastructure. Neighborhoods with a high concentration of participating restaurants are only accessible to those who can commute on foot, leaving users in other areas underserved. Additionally, delivery drivers often face unfair working conditions, including low pay and inefficient routes, while consumers view the service as inaccessible due to pickup limitations. Solution: We introduced a scalable delivery model tailored to San Francisco, offering surprise bags at affordable prices and convenient times. The model prioritizes fair pay for drivers by allowing them to choose preferred work areas and maximize efficiency through optimized delivery routes. By addressing infrastructure challenges, the delivery system enhances user engagement, increases restaurant sales, and ensures a seamless, equitable experience for all stakeholders.See More

Nova : Protecting Little Ones, Every Step

Our project aims to design a wearable device for children aged 3-8, coupled with a monitoring system for parents. It will offer real-time location tracking, two-way communication, and geo-fencing features for enhanced child safety. Through thorough research and iterative design, we create a user-friendly solution, ensuring peace of mind for parents and seamless integration into daily life. In this project, I delved into competitor analysis to understand market dynamics. I then crafted Nova's features with our target audience in mind, ensuring they addressed their specific needs. Additionally, I took charge of designing Nova's user experience from end to end journey, iteratively refining it based on feedback to guarantee optimal usability and satisfaction.See More

Knock Knock : Redefining Social Connections for Seniors

Pain Point: Seniors often feel isolated as physical limitations, safety concerns, and unfamiliarity with technology hinder their ability to connect with others. The fast-paced digital world further alienates them, making it difficult to foster a sense of community and belonging. Solution: Knock Knock bridges this gap with a senior-friendly app that fosters connections through virtual "door-knocking," neighborhood mapping, and group activity planning. Workverse : Cultivating Community and Sparking Innovation

Pain Point: Remote work has transformed the professional landscape, offering convenience and flexibility. However, it has also created a significant challenge: the loss of a shared physical space to foster meaningful connections among colleagues. Virtual meetings and online chats, while functional, fail to replicate the organic bonding and camaraderie that come from in-person interactions, leaving remote workers feeling disconnected from their professional communities. Solution: By leveraging the metaverse, we aim to bridge the social gap in remote work environments and reimagine community-building among colleagues. This immersive platform creates a shared virtual space where employees can coexist and engage in activities designed to foster empathy and teamwork. FEAST Software Pvt. Ltd.Spearheaded the design of an intuitive appointment scheduling system, enhancing the user experience for patients and healthcare providers for clients. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design elements were efficiently integrated and aligned with the client's needs. Developed and maintained a cohesive design system that supported FEAST’s mission of providing innovative solutions for consultancy, academics and industry. Observed application of strategic design solutions to extend and enhance the existing design system, improving overall usability and consistency by the team. Beats by DreJul 2024 - Sep 2024 • 3 mosConducted primary research on GenZ sentiment toward Beats by Dre, a subsidiary of Apple, using surveys and interviews. Developed actionable recommendations to refine design strategies and boost consumer engagement, supporting Beats' goal of selling over 40 million units globally.
